Privacy Policy

Auralis (“the app”) is developed by Cat Tech (“we”, “us”). In short: Auralis is offline-first and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

Information we collect

None. Auralis has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers of our own. The app does not require an internet connection to work and does not send your data anywhere.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following only on your device, so your settings and content persist between sessions. This data never leaves your phone and is not accessible to us:

• Your saved mixes, presets, programs, and custom “Vibes”
• App settings (theme, sound quality, sleep-timer preference, and so on)
• Audio files you choose to import (copied into the app’s private storage)
• Your purchase status (whether Auralis Pro is unlocked)

Uninstalling the app removes this data.

Audio you import

When you import an audio file, the app copies it into its own private storage on your device so it can be played back. Imported audio is never uploaded and is never shared with us or any third party.

Purchases

Auralis offers a one-time in-app purchase (“Auralis Pro”). Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details. To restore a previous purchase, the app asks Google Play whether your account owns the product; this is handled by Google Play, not by us.

Permissions

• File access is used only through the system file picker, when you choose to import an audio file. The app does not scan or read your files otherwise.
• Foreground service / notifications keep audio playing and show playback controls while the app is in the background.

Children’s privacy

Auralis does not collect any data from anyone, including children.

Third-party services

The app itself uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Distribution and in-app purchases are provided by Google Play, subject to Google’s own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
